I originally bought this oil to add oil to my BMW K1200LT motorcycle. The oil port was on the side of the engine, buried in the hood. The funnel worked great! I sold it with the bike and then realized I still need it so I bought another one. I've found many ways to add liquid to hard-to-reach areas. A handy tool for those of us who tinker with motorcycles, cars and boats.

Perfect fit for Chevy 5.3 model Suburban. The oil filler neck on these cars is almost on the side and is recessed. Without this, or a homemade gizmo, you'll end up with a mess just filling up your crankcase. You can get a funnel with a hose, but what would you put the funnel on when filling? It fits perfectly on the brake fluid reservoir. It's just perfect for these cars.

The funnel works well for filling my Polaris XP1000 although I added a cord/hook to it to keep it in place while filling to keep. The opening of the funnel is a bit small, but if you are careful and pour fuel slowly, everything works fine. I give it 4 stars as the material is thinner than I expected but it works well so I still recommend it.

Odd looking products are ideal for automotive fuel tank additives. On my van, baby kart and truck, the twist angle varies slightly depending on the gas filler neck. But it always works really well to come in there and let me fill in the supplements. It's not good for verticals (oil, gear oil) but each application requires a different design - so you should use both necked products.
