This is a great product, I'm sure there is something to it. Even if the description sucks. Maybe dimensions on the website would be a good idea?

Fits 4Runner 2021; something is crooked, which could only be due to the pressure of the wires behind it, i'm not quite sure. I installed it in a single blank under can 4 just below and to the left of the steering wheel.

Overall build quality is GOOD. However, the installation had to make some changes. Trouble is, if you need to change something and you screw it up, it's yours. Otherwise the installation worked instead of the factory switch and also looked great (should, should).

I have a 2020 4Runner and despite the manufacturer's specs it fits! Toyota hasn't changed the 4Runner in 10 years, do you think they completely redesigned the front fascia? Right! I ordered the Elite Tow-Pro from eTrailer but they didn't immediately show it as an option so I ordered the generic panel first and then found this one. MUCH BETTER! And I didn't have to hit the dash, it went straight in!

This panel works great in my 2013 Tacoma. It is plugged into the plugs of the switches under the climate control panel near the cup holders. I had to file a small hole (not visible when the cover is in place) to reveal the body of the Pro Elite trailer unit. No changes to this panel are required. Save yourself a ton of time and hassle and just buy this instead of trying to modify the switch connector in the truck.

Dimensions: .880" wide x 1.294" high with 1" protrusions measured from the face of the panel. Wired directly to the blank center console switch in my 2017 Tacoma. All I had to do was remove the kick plate and middle knee plate to mount the controller myself, and then pry the connector out with a flathead screwdriver. I routed the control cable through a long zip tie and then installed the front handle and switch insert without pulling out the entire center console panel.
