Excellent protein, suitable for sports nutrition

I love the taste! Even with just one scoop, you still get the full flavor of the fragrance. It's low carb (2 grams) and has ZERO sugar but doesn't taste like it and has 25 grams of protein. So if you are looking for a good post workout protein or as a supplement this is it!

Terrible. The recipe is clearly different and GORGEOUS. This is too cute now.

I used to like it. Bought three times before. Bought this time, the taste is VERY different. I should have known because the texture looked different even when I opened the can. I would like RedCon to be more transparent and inform customers when they change their products. Now it tastes disgusting - too sweet and very artificial. Couldn't take more than two sips from a cocktail, let alone empty a container. I don't recommend at all. I want an old recipe 😩

Fantastic Taste: Diet and Sports Nutrition

I've been using MRE Blueberry Protein Powder for a long time. I like the taste, but after a while the graininess of the MRE becomes a bit difficult to handle. Still a great powder, just needed a break. So I tried the blueberry yogurt isotope and expected the same taste. I was pleasantly surprised that the taste is quite unique with a lemony acidity reminiscent of yogurt. It mixes quite well, although I did get a clump or two. I'm really happy and will buy it again. I just wish redcon1 would add
