Fills you up for hours without bloating

I use the MRE Lite line as a meal replacement for weight loss. In the five weeks I've been using it instead of breakfast and lunch for a week, I've lost twelve pounds. The cocktails are delicious and I feel full for about four hours. I can't comment on how useful they are for bodybuilding, but they are excellent for weight loss. The pecan cake tastes more like a slightly nutty caramel smoothie, which is still good.

My new favorite protein powder.

Wow! I'm always skeptical when it comes to buying new protein powders because quite frankly some of them are just plain gross, which is not the case with MRE Lite. Excellent protein. So far I have only tried Dutch apple pie. I was looking for something to add to my morning smoothies and this worked wonders. I'm lactose intolerant so I have a hard time drinking most protein powders but so far it's been great for my stomach. I'm excited about this material. This will be my transition to protein…

MRRO? Closer to protein slurps and very sweet.

Based on the reviews about the product and a wide range of flavors, I ordered the Dutch apple pie flavor. Two things stood out upon receipt and it's not enough to try 4-6 ounces of water per serving first. Most protein starches weigh 6-8 ounces and therefore it is very thin and not much to drink. 2. It was insanely sweet again, to dilute it became more like water and lost its flavor. I'm not sure where people who claim to be "full" or "not hungry" can make such a claim. Maybe because of the…
