Reebok Work Soyay RB1920 Safety Review

The heels are quick to put on, they have really flimsy plastic, maybe even some nylon that's more or less the backbone of the heel, when you kick your shoes into those arches, click and stab those calves in about a month. Use when thin plastic cracks. Once you remove the plastic, it's almost impossible to put the shoes on without a shoehorn or sew the tongue to the boot space at the back. I wish they had a little more shin support.

Two things that struck me immediately. First of all, these shoes are HEAVY, like they have lead soles or something. That was remarkable because shoes seem to be getting lighter and lighter these days. Second, the sides and top of the boots are so thick and padded that I looked like I had water retention or thick ankles. Not attractive.

I've been buying them for three or four years in a row. The best work shoes I've ever had. Just a little uncomfortable on the first day and they broke in. I get about 12-14 months from them which is about 2 times longer than the rest I've bought in the last 14 years. Less than $100 is a bargain! The only complaint (absolutely minor) is the white trim. I fixed it by going over it with a felt tip pen. (I know it's ghetto but it works)

It took me about two months to fully wear them and I was really uncomfortable walking in them for a while, but once I got them on I felt pretty comfortable afterwards.

As a tool/mold maker, I occasionally work with concrete in oil. Bought these to relieve the tension I felt on my feet everyday in boots. These things are amazing! They are a bit heavy but have a steel toe cap, which is to be expected. I plan on buying another pair as a backup if they are discontinued for any reason.

My husband loves these work shoes, they are a great alternative to heavy work boots. Wide fit for comfort, lightweight and flexible. Will be ordering every few months lol

I read the reviews that they ran too big, so I bought a size down. They didn't fit me right so I sent them back and ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. Also, they are not the same shoes as in the picture.

If you have big toe problems, avoid these shoes. Unfortunately I waited a long time before sending it back. The metal seems to need to go straight back, it bends at an angle and can chafe on your toes.

I have tried several steel toe and compound toe shoes and for my job I walk and lift weights for 11 hours straight and my feet always hurt but with these I had trouble what to ever do. I highly recommend

The shoes are smaller than "in size". The shoes are a lot narrower than they look. It's also heavier than it looks. Was hoping for great work shoes. I can't even wear them because they hurt my legs. If you have narrow feet ignore the tight fit and the weight which is a little more than carbon toe cap shoes then go for it. In my opinion these are bad shoes and overpriced.

These shoes were very comfortable. Have only worn it once but feels good. Feet hurt after 8 hours in camp but that's to be expected.!

I didn't like that the logo I expected wasn't on the shoes. I didn't like that I had toe pain in my right foot. Boxes from my pinky toe rubbing the side of the shoe when I first put them on were comfortable but after working a 12 hour shift my right foot hurt a lot, my left foot was fine, i don't know what the problem is but it seems that the right boot is tighter, i loosened it but it still hurts. I wanted to exchange for a larger size, but I already ordered the largest size. Very disappointed

They remind me of my last pair of DCs but in work shoes. They fit very well and are very comfortable with thick padding. I find them difficult to use for work shoes because I don't want to ruin them.

I got them for my husband and he loves them. He's been wearing them to work for a few weeks now and says they're very comfortable.

These shoes were very comfortable and I wanted to keep them for work but the slip resistance is a lie, I slid across the moped floor like a skater.

I'm a scavenger, so I jump off the truck and run all day. The stolen toe hurt my foot a lot, I was limping for 2 weeks and finally I felt better going back to my old work boots. Add bound insoles, it didn't help, the toe box is just too stiff. Maybe it's good for the mechanics, I could see that they like it with less stiffness

I mean they have steel toes so the comfort is surprisingly good. After about 4 hours they start to bother me a bit on my little finger. The fit was perfect from men's size to women's conversion. I bought the men's 5 and they fit my 6.5 wide women's feet perfectly. I prefer skateboard shoes to other athletic shoes so I think this was a great purchase. would recommend.

Bought these for my husband had to increase the size and after the return window closed the metal in the toe started chafing through the fabrics and is now blistering. He has had the shoes for 2 months now and needs to buy another pair.

Not only is it a great work shoe, it also looks great. You have to break them in first but after that they are very comfortable and have a lot of space inside but not too much space where they hang out. Great look, great feel, great product. I will buy again if I need black shoes.
