Skimmer is excellent but CoralVue is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The original pump lasted 36 days and instead of fixing the problem they just sent me the impeller shaft, not the tiny parts that support it at either end. They do not detach from the old impeller. Excellent skimmer! Getting in took a little while. I've read that you can put the drain hose in a container and just take it out of the tank instead of overfilling it. After a few days of spilling from the skimmer onto my socks, I decided to give it a try. I emptied about a gallon in a few hours and then the skimmer basically broke.
