Item looks sturdy and well made but it came in a hanging box, all they did was bubble wrap it and put it in an oversized box. He just hopped around in the box until he came out. Now I have a nice scratched jack to put on my new RV.

The packaging could be better. Adding more stuffing would have kept things from moving inside. First class product. Just note that you need to weld an adapter. Since I already had 4 mounting holes I welded them to a matching plate and powder coated them for a permanent finish on my trailer.
