Faulty Automotive Puller-Not worth buying.

As a result of using this product I found that it broke down before I could even finish the job. While it claims to be a sturdy and reliable tool, it simply did not live up to my expectations. The only pro was THAT the cable was long enough .However, the cons outweighed any potential benefits. Overall, I was very disappointed with this product, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable automotive puller..

Pros
  • Can pull up to 4 tons of weight with ease, making it a powerful tool for heavy-duty tasks.
Cons
  • May require more physical effort than a motorized winch, which could be a drawback for those with limited strength or mobility.

A Must-Have Cable Tool

After trying this cable puller, I was impressed. It didn't take long for me to realize how sturdy and reliable it is. its automotive grade build quality is unlike any other puller I`ve used before. The non-slip grip is a nice touch .However, it would have been better if it had come with a case for storage. Overall, a must-have tool if you're looking for a quality cable puller..

Pros
  • Sturdy, reliable, and automotive grade build quality
Cons
  • No storage case included

Works but problem with cable

When I first used the cable it would not unwind from the drum. You'll need the cord about 6 feet, so you can pull at least that far. After pulling the cable just a foot, the cable is caught between the teeth on the drum and the rear cable management bracket, so even if you release the latch on the drum, no manual effort can pull the cable out. Tried prying it back onto the drum with a screwdriver but that didn't work. As a result, I unscrewed a screw holding the drum, pulled the drum up…

Pros
  • Sturdy cable, ratchet and pawl
Cons
  • Damaged
