You can use 3% hydrogen peroxide as a developer, it works great. This dye works great. The reason for the 3 stars is that rather than a natural 'brown' it is definitely leaning more towards some kind of soft, natural 'black'. Wow I have eyebrows! I got natural brown 3 and oxidizer. I used an old liquid eyeliner brush to apply it, I'm doing it for the second time now and I'm very satisfied. I used equal amounts of this and an oxidizer. It's a little runny and looks a little red at first, but it's fine and darkens over time. I left it on for 10 minutes and if you leave it on longer it gets a little darker. Very happy so far, let's see how long it lasts and then update my review.

I just used Natural Brown on my eyebrows. I'm so happy! I used to use Capsule/Power Shades. RefectoCil is much easier. I used this eyebrow color. I found it quite easy to use. With this dye you must use an activator 100%. As other reviews say, hydrogen peroxide works just fine. I tried a color without an activator (I wonder what the effect will be) and it didn't color my hair at all. Another tip: Make sure you apply the color very precisely. This will stain your skin.
