Setup was pretty easy. It took about 15 minutes including installing on 2 sided tape. Good value for money and I would recommend it.

Best value for money in building materials

It's good value for money. Works well and easily with the yellow garage door opener learn button. The keys are soft - I would like a more distinct "click". But for a price that's less than half the price of an official Craftsman remote, it comes highly recommended.

Easy programming - if you use the right instructions

I ordered this to use on a 25 year old garage door opener (made by Chamberlain) with a green 'learn' button. I did some research and found it right for my knife. I was struggling with programming and was considering returning. Something made me turn the pages of the programming manual, and here it is, clear as daylight. Five minutes later it was programmed/paired with my opener and I mounted it on the wall. I recommend this block if it fits your opener. If you have an old Craftsman/Chamberlainโ€ฆ

Works well for keyboards and remotes

I installed it in a garage up in the mountains and will see how it holds up in harsh conditions. So far, so good. It controls both garage doors, each with a separate code. It was easy to install and easy to program for the lost part (more on that below). The instructions are good except for the part about setting the code for the two doors. Basically you just follow the instructions for one door (just skip the step that says 1 or 2 to control two doors). Set the code for door 1. Make sure doorโ€ฆ

Went like clockwork.

I have traction through the garage but the garage boys never put a keypad on the back door. It was always awkward walking around the house or fence if the door was closed and I needed access. (Yes. I can open it with my phone, but I don't always carry my phone with me when I'm gardening.) The garage door guys wanted $50 for another keyboard. I decided to find mine. This was significantly cheaper and very easy to install and program. Just make sure your learn button is yellow. No issues with the
