Regrout Tool Replacement Tip Flat Review

Based on my observations, this replacement tip for industrial grout tools is not up to par. It claims to be flat, but it still leaves uneven edges on the grout lines. The tip is blunt and not sharp enough to properly clean out the grout. The only pro is that it is made from durable materials. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the industrial and scientific field looking for a reliable grout tool tip replacement.

I ordered this tip to replace my Hyde caulking tool. The tip of the handpiece literally broke off after 2 minutes of use. It is vastly inferior to the flat tip that comes with the Hyde Regrout Tool.

This tip worked great for my application, be sure to let the tool do its job, no pressure is required or the tip cannot move back and forth. work almost without pressure, if necessary at a 45-degree angle, on hard-to-reach places from the opposite direction. Don't start work that you won't have time to finish. Plan ahead so you don't rush things. I didn't end up breaking a single tile, this tool offers precision, it's a lot easier than by hand and safer than using the multi-tool for narrow gaps
