This can is a lifetime supply of talc. I had a bad experience with inner tubes sticking to my mountain bike tires and decided talc was the way to go. I put the tube in a small plastic bag, sprinkle with talcum powder and shake it. Once upon a time there were talc tubes out of the box. Works well.
