Second defective remote control was sent to me, does not work! Pressing any key once will send 2 commands so you can't choose what you want.

The buttons are different from those on the original remote. When I press the directional key, it moves 2 dots in the selected direction, not just one at a time. There is no way to fix this.

This is the third time I've had to replace a Smart TV remote so I bought two of these and they both skipped or switched to another channel or option in the menu. Returned both not recommended

I like Hisense TVs in general. My remote control failed, bought a replacement - it was defective. Received a third replacement with the exact same defects. Problem? Whenever a key or button was pressed, the remote immediately sent TWO clicks to the TV, rendering it completely unusable. Do not buy.

I bought this as a Hisense universal remote. He came without instructions. It's very light and thin, and the buttons on it haven't been updated. Half of the buttons didn't do anything at all, the rest worked when they wanted to. I am very dissatisfied and will not buy from this seller again.
