So this is for my 16 year old daughter who decided to take things into her own hands first. This is the cutest little heater. I'd say she's great, but she just doesn't get hot enough. I mean the wax melted but it's not creamy it's a bit stiff it has a lot of beads in it my daughter was so excited now my whole family is walking around with just one section of hair missing lol that's a good one Buy for beginners would recommend.

Great product. Contains 4 packs of wax. Application pens large and small. Instructions and heating pad with transparent cover. Removable pot for easy cleaning. I used about half a bag to wax my armpits and there was plenty left. I heated the wax at the maximum temperature for about 10 minutes, then lowered the temperature to the minimum, but had to increase the temperature a bit once the process started because the wax cools too quickly. I'm so glad I made this purchase! It was a great price (the price has since gone up) and it had everything I needed to start my waxing journey. Small and large sticks before and after spraying and two different waxes (total 4 small bags). Wax is good to start with, but not the best for long term use as it doesn't capture all the hair like other waxes do. I love that I'm saving money by not using wax strips now. This kit is great. The heating pad is ideal and should hold up well to many uses. Warms up quickly and easily. Wax beads are good value for money and work well. I use wax more often than I shave because shaving gives me skin problems. My sensitive skin gets along well with this set and the wax balls.

**UPDATE - overall happy with product. BUT it's definitely a bit difficult to do on your own. at least for me. No pain really if you pull fast enough. Wax does not burn the skin. I love the pre and post wax spray. A little difficult to use sticks and wax. I'm not sure if I'll always have a problem or if I'll get better over time. I'm thinking of a professional Brazilian wax and only use it on my armpits and legs. For beginners. Easy to read and use.

As I get older I prefer the privacy of my own bathroom to epilate and this is a good epilation set. I like that the heating pad melts evenly and heats up quickly, eliminating long waits, and that it has a lid. It comes with some sticks and wax beans. The beans have a pleasant smell and are good for removing hair. Definitely a good set!

I've never waxed before I normally just use Nair but I was curious so bought this product. Waxing is easy to apply, it hurts like hell lol but it works. The super smooth area doesn't irritate the skin. I love that it is sprayed before wax and after spraying. The only downside is the trail is very viscous and leaves some hairs behind so sometimes you have to do it twice or it can be just like I've drawn others, what a great product!

Wax smells very pleasant. This is my first time using wax and it was very easy to use. The lowest temperature (knob up) worked best for me as the wax melted but wasn't too hot. The length of your hair also helps a lot, trying to grow hair too short will make it more difficult and require you to redo the area.
