The plug was the wrong size for my Kenmore oven but connected the wires to the old plug and it worked.

I used this product on a 12 year old Kenmore stove to replace a stove pilot. Shipped quickly and packaged very well. One of the best packaging I've ever seen. However, the plug for this igniter did not fit into the socket of my oven. So I had to cut the connector off the new igniter and then connect it to the old connector. It wasn't particularly difficult but added more time to install. In the end, a new plug was fitted, which worked perfectly straight away.

Easy to fix and works amazing!

To repair the Kenmore Model 790 igniter. My igniter didn't seem to get hot enough to open the safety valve. This igniter was amazing as it came with a matching plug. The hardest part of this solution were the 2 screws holding the igniter in place. Their cost varies from $15 to $150. I'm not sure how to choose the right one other than matching part numbers. I chose the $55 version that matched the part on my old igniter. The stove caught fire immediately after easy installation and was good…

Crashed after 2 weeks of use

Installation was easy and fixed my problem with the oven not heating up. However, after only 2 weeks of use, this new one failed to start the oven. I noticed that there wasn't even a red glow. Took the heat shield off to check and found it falling apart. Well that was a bad detail. Please return in exchange for a new one. A new one arrived today, but it's discolored like it's been heating in a different oven for a while. There is a brown tint. After speaking to Revain they gave me a full refund
