To repair the Kenmore Model 790 igniter. My igniter didn't seem to get hot enough to open the safety valve. This igniter was amazing as it came with a matching plug. The hardest part of this solution were the 2 screws holding the igniter in place. Their cost varies from $15 to $150. I'm not sure how to choose the right one other than matching part numbers. I chose the $55 version that matched the part on my old igniter. The stove caught fire immediately after easy installation and was good value for money. The photo shows a repaired stove at the first re-ignition.
