This cable is not only great for connecting to your phone, but also to gaming headsets and regular headphones. Really good length and it has a microphone.

Only three stars because it works and was delivered quickly. The mute button must be held down for it to work. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to work, if so then it's stupid. Even if it was lowercase. I don't think so, I just got lucky. If it worked, probably 4 4.5 depending on how long it takes.

Bought because I was tired of the cord being wrapped around itself on a regular basis, hoping this wouldn't happen. While it still does, it's on a much smaller scale and can actually boot up and stay straight for a good amount of time. The sound quality is still as good as the original cable. For $20 I would highly recommend it to all A40 users.

This cable may look and sound great, but it's just a mute button, NOT a mute switch! If you want to completely mute the mic and the game, this will NOT work. This cable requires you to manually hold the mute button the entire time you want it to be muted, and the second you unmute your mic is back up/down. It works and looks great, but if I had known that beforehand I would not have bought it.

I bought a pair of A40's they were good for a few weeks but suddenly my mic was eco. My buddies told me to turn the sound off, I haven't talked to them since then (was kidding lol), instead I rang the phone to join the party. To be honest, I don't like headsets that can be detached from the cable, do these A40s make sparking noises when I move the cable plus Eco in my microphone?! I'm now thinking about buying other headphones because the ones I spent 150? I change the cable and it was the same

I bought this cable to use with my Xbox A40s on my PC because the standard cable wasn't long enough.
