My second mandrel 6/32 from this company just broke. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it doesn't seem to matter how easy it is for me to use them. Disgust.

There were problems with the delivery of the goods. They resolved the issue immediately and replaced the part with no issues, allowing me to complete my project with a replacement tool part. Definitely recommend using them in the future.

I should have used this sooner as I missed the return window. Having used rivet nuts extensively, I assumed those who complained about breakage didn't understand how to properly set the tool. The tool broke on the shaft the first time it was used. The rivet itself was still loose, so I know it's not from too much pressure.
