Bottom of handle broke off twice when removing mop head. First I had the original, which worked fine for some time, ripped and broke. Then my replacement bar broke and snapped in the same place. I will not buy this product again.

I've tried 3 times to remove the mop head from the stand and every time the mop head breaks and I need to get a new pole. I followed the instructions to remove the squeegee from the tee, although the instructions left a lot to be desired. I ended up tossing all 3 spare mop heads in the bin along with the pole. I was so disappointed 😞

I am speechless. I never dreamed that I would only buy half a pen. Where are the rest of the pens? I don't see him anywhere. If you are 3ft tall this will work for you. I have to send it back but I will try to glue the old top to the new bottom. I have to say it again; I can not believe that. I got a response from a salesperson defending the sale of half the shelf because the bottom half breaks the most. Yes! This joint is broken. The entire pole is optional and they don't offer a tip.
