I bought this for my aunt who is 65 and lives out of state from me. After 3 days the hose started leaking. She is not tech savvy and has no idea how to return an item so I bought her another one. Buyer Warning

Bought for my daughter's shower and she loves it! She can't say enough good things about it. Great water pressure, easy to use, easy to install, clean hair and skin after shower, looks cool. I will buy one for my shower next time.

The shower head was easy to install but heavy due to the beads. When you flush the bathtub with the shower head, the flow of water will slow down and even stop because of the bullets getting in the way. Also supposed to have 3 different spray settings but only two work.

This is actually my second ionic shower head that I have bought, the first was great but the quality has not held up as the plastic handle has cracked (was from a different manufacturer). Mind you I loved it which is why I bought it and so far it's great. My house is very old so the water pressure stinks but with this shower head I can barely turn the shower on anymore and it comes out so strong that now I can enjoy my shower.

I've been looking for an easy to install hand held shower with water filter and it ticks all the boxes. It's affordable and easy to use. After a month of use, the shower head is shooting water in weird directions. Just a quick wipe of the shower head with a micro toilet did the trick. The water flows properly. I enjoy the fresh smell of filtered water. Makes my skin soft and not itchy. Makes my hair very silky.

This shower head is good but not perfect. Pros: Easy to install I like the feeling of filtering in the water. It seems to have a very strong mist and was easy to wash out. My very thick hair gets wet and washes well. Cons: Filter gets clogged and water sprays in crazy directions. Small balls must be changed monthly. I think because I haven't changed them in a couple of months they break and that clogs the holes. I'll try to change them, maybe it will help.

On the first day there was a leak at the bottom of the shower head where it attaches to the hose. After wrapping it with electrical tape, the leak decreased but persisted. The shower head now leaks through the hose nozzle and sprays random jets into some of the holes in the shower head itself. My bathroom looks like a water park after every shower.
