Bought for my brother MFC-J491DW. Constant constipation problems. The printer does not recognize the cartridges. The printed color doesn't look like it should at all. DO NOT BUY!

Wanted to try this product because of the big discount. Seems to work great on my printer. I had no problems. Can't wait to buy again. Good product

This is the first time I have not bought a Brother color cartridge. I'm on a budget and the price and reviews were my deciding factors in purchasing these 6 color cartridges. I didn't pay attention to Brother's explanation that the warranty does not apply if I use anything other than Btother. If that happens, which I doubt, I'd buy a new one. Likes: price; 2-color print jobs for each of the 3 colors, legibility of color documents and easy online ordering from Amazon. again? Yes Yes Yes

There is no need to buy OEM cartridges when there are great alternatives like Kingjet. Their quality is just as great and their cost is a fraction of what Brother charges.

Liked the price, ordered a printer for my brother. Although they are fully compatible, the black cartridge doesn't last as long.

I printed a few reports and they were great. Then my grandson wanted to take a picture of what I had, so I printed a copy. again great thanks

My experience was that after installing 3 cartridges I only had 1/3 to 1/2 cartridge advantage, after that they stopped printing; I had to put in all the new cartridges. very expensive and I was even worried that my printer might have been damaged at the point of the cartridge as it never refused to print or told me the printer could see NO INK at all! He wouldn't even let me check the printheads without putting in new cartridges. I don't know if it was just a bad badge or if they are just NOT…

Works great, the printhead needs cleaning more often than Brother original ink, but at half the price and the cleaning process is automated, who cares? Time will tell if this impacts the longevity of my printer. Annoying that the display shows? about the ink levels, but it still tracks. I would recommend them. I'll update if anything bad happens although I've used 10 cartridges so far with no problems.

Bought a few months ago. back or something. The price is much better than the OEM wagons and they work well but there have been problems with cartridge failure. Little effort, just reinstall and/or restart your computer. Carts are NOT opaque so you don't know when you run out of ink. You cannot view ink levels on your computer or on the printer itself (the printer screen has a question mark over each carriage. Unusable).
