Internal security seal broken twice in a row

I received my first bottle about a week ago and when I unscrewed the cap the internal security seal came loose on one side. I returned the product and they sent me a new one. Upon the arrival of a new one, the bottle was covered with food and the seal was broken in the same way. I honestly believe this is the same bottle I just returned.
