Don't buy this item if you don't want to ruin a great Smart TV. According to the description waterproof and weatherproof. When it rained the first time it ruined the new TV! This product is falsely advertised to sell. I would suggest buying the Revain version. My $800 TV is ruined! I would like someone from the company to get in touch with me and try to make this experience right.

This outdoor TV enclosure is perfect in every way. Since our TV is mounted higher on the wall I figured covering it might be a problem. Was I ever wrong The lid has several Velcro fasteners that allow it to be slid directly onto the TV via the wall mount. Once it's covered, just close the bottom with Velcro, and because it fits so well, the rain never hits the real TV. I needed a waterproof case for my TV. The short description says "Water and weatherproof TV cover". The case arrived and the paper inside the box said 'Waterproof Remote Cover' and 'Durable Weatherproof Material'. What bothered me was that there was no mention of the TV cover being waterproof. I have returned to the product description. The last line indicates that the cover is not waterproof and put the TV inside when it rains; Not an easy task for a 60-inch TV.
