Great tool with insightful customer analytics

The best thing about this software is that it has made our life easier by providing us accurate data for effective decision making process. It also makes sure to provide timely insights which helps us improve sales performance as well. I would say there aren't any major downsides regarding its use but if you want something simple then don't go for retail cloud because their features might overwhelm or frustrate you later when they start becoming too complicated. Excellent customer service and outstanding customer experience!!

The ability to track every aspect about each order is amazing! I love how much detail we get from RDC. It's very user friendly too; our staff loves it as well!! Nothing really at this time that would be an issue though. We do receive updates when they come out for new features but there isn't anything specific i dislike right now. This app has literally helped us grow exponentially over past year by being able to keep up-to date on demand trends while also knowing sales history which helps…

Easy method of multi department retail tracking

I like how easy it is to use for both new users as well experienced ones! It's intuitive which makes training staff very quick & efficient - we love this feature!! The only thing that could be improved would have been some additional features such as 'what if' scenarios or other more advanced analysis tools but these were never implemented by their development team (not sure why). We're using RDC mainly due its ability do cross-category reporting across multiple stores / brands etc., however…

I was wondering if anyone else has tried this product. I am pretty much sold on it.

We are looking to buy it and use it to manage our promos and reports. However I did find the website to be a bit clunky. It is also a subscription. However it seems to be priced fairly reasonably. I would love to hear from other users. A: I am not sure how much help this is, but I have experience with similar products and might be able to give you some pointers.
