It would be nice to know that my printer comes with a set of CMYK toner cartridges. Would never order! The box was not fully opened. I only opened the black one in the second box. Didn't put it in the printer. I just rolled out. I wonder if a return is possible?

I couldn't use the RETCH toner cartridges in my Xerox Workcentre 6027. I installed the black cartridge and it won't snap into place. Once it popped out again and the toner cartridge door was opened. I returned the 4 packs I ordered.

not only this brand but also other non-brand devices. Since we stopped using genuine Xerox supplies, printer lights and low toner alerts have gotten really erratic. I'll live with that as the price difference is huge. Just be careful, you may notice some reduction in intelligence in your printer.

After installing the cyan cartridge, after a month of very little if any color printing, my printer needs a new cyan cartridge. I can't say anything about the rest of the cartridges.

Ink has lost color or dried out after three days. Tries to clean heads. Still no yellow cast. I replaced the cartridges and the color is back.

Printed approx. 600 pages and already has to replace them. Not good value for money. The price is higher than other comparable brands and you get less.

I bought this replacement for my Xerox WorkCentre 6027. They work well no matter what others say. I've used them twice and no problems.

Unlike some other brands, suppliers and manufacturers these cartridges worked without any problems or protests from the WorkCentre 6027 I bought them for. Obviously, genuine Xerox cartridges are preferred, but small businesses cannot reasonably be expected to pay more than $100 for a single cartridge, so distributors and similar products are needed.
