The frame has arrived. When I opened the box, I found that the frame was riddled with scratches and scuffs. I am very disappointed and am returning the product. Second order due to the fact that the first order of this frame was sent to me as an electric heating pad instead of a countdown frame. I had to return my first order. I will not try to order this frame a third time.

I bought it as a gift for my husband. It's a lot smaller than I thought. He wanted to put a countdown timer on the wall to his retirement. It would be unreadable across the room. It was a bit difficult for him to set up. He's a player that shows how badly the instructions are written. I wouldn't buy this again.

Bought for a good friend who is retiring in 3 months. I programmed it before giving it to her which was a good move as she would never understand the programming process. It's not too difficult, but requires certain skills. She loves it and I'm going to buy another one for my next retired friend. While you can set the current date and time and then the "end" date and time, which is the desired date of the event, you cannot to select the days you want the screen to read as far as I can tell. I had to count backwards from my retirement date, skipping weekends, holidays, and vacation days to figure out how many days I had left until retirement.
