This styling tool promised faster drying times and maximum results, but it fell flat. As a result of using this product, I found that it left my hair looking frizzy and damaged, which is the last thing I want out of a beauty product. The one pro was that it did have some heat protection, but it wasn't enough to counteract the negative effects. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the hair care category.

That was a great hair dryer. It was quiet and dries hair well without making it frizzy. However, the device has a design flaw. The cable protector (intended to prevent excessive cable wear) is made of material that is too stiff, which makes cable wear worse. The hard material severed the cord and shorted out the dryer during use. Sparks flew and the line really caught fire. I use the second. On my first purchase I contacted the manufacturer to replace the hub which had melted and was no longer holding up. They sent me a brand new hair dryer. Same problem. The red lights are just a gimmick. I also find it too loud. I won't buy this again.
