Revlon Salon Lasting Medium Curling Review

This straightening iron creates great curls and is easy to use. Big tip; Without them I would have burned my fingers several times! The clip is good and strong (always a problem for my thin and soft hair as it easily slips through loose clips). The handle lies comfortably in the hand. It heats up pretty quickly and I like the temperature options. This is a good product, especially for the price.

This is a great curling iron at an affordable price. Heats up quickly and makes beautiful curls. A lot of people have left reviews about how long the curls last, but I don't think the device does. Is it the product or your hair type? I got the same results with it as with my hot curlers in terms of curl duration. I also like the ceramic coating on the barrel.

I bought this curling iron because I need it for international travel. Revain's description states DOUBLE the voltage required for international use. Nowhere on the box or inserts did it say Dual Voltage. I called Revlon and they confirmed it was IS dual voltage hardware. The handle says 120v240v, which means dual voltage. This iron works great, has a good body and is easy to keep clean or wipe down when needed. It gets very hot, I burned myself a few times. There is an automatic shutdown, but I don't know how long it will last. It has temporary settings with a small dial - I'm not used to this, but it gets the job done. I would only buy an iron with an auto shut off - without it it would be too risky. Nice pink color too!

I have straight and thick hair and it didn't suit my hair texture. It doesn't hold curls compared to my other straighteners.

I don't know when it became so difficult to find a decent curling iron, but I find it overwhelming. I use this 1 1/4 curler with my Revlon 1″ and alternate in different sections to get a mix of looser and tighter curls. 1 1/4 was too frizz free but mixing 2 gives me the look I want. My hair is layered and just below my shoulders. Some curling irons just don't produce long-lasting curls, but this one really does. would recommend.
