Shock! When you first turn it on, it smelled like burnt plastic. After a few times the smell got worse and I noticed there were small bits of plastic stuck in it. Smoke came out and that almost started a fire too! Not recommended at all!

Too heavy. Doesn't help with dandruff at all. The only plus is that it gets very hot. It gets too hot to rotate the barrel to switch between regular dry and small cut. Don't waste time cutting your hair and using a slit as it won't help against frizz or dry faster at all. waste of time and money.

As someone who has to blow dry their hair every time I get out of the shower, I can tell you this is amazing. It does a great job of straightening and drying hair. It doesn't make it 110% straight, but enough to cut my iron age in half. This works best if you part your hair and do it section by section. I love how you can turn it into a regular dryer. Well done but very difficult to use. If you had three arms, that would be great! If you're not a pro, you might have trouble with it.
