After reading the reviews I thought the case would've been really hard to open, but you just need to take your time and follow the instructions. Once you insert your nail into the groove at the bottom you slowly make your way up and around.The case is actually really slim and offers a lot of protection. Only thing is the covering for the charging port is kinda tough and it bent the end of the cord so I had to cut it out. All in all a good case.

I upgraded my phone from a s7 to s10 so i really needed a good durable case to protect my screen. A lot of the cases i search are pretty in design, but the lip to protect the screen was not thick enough in case i dropped it. It was entirely confusing on how to take apart to attach to my phone. Fits my S10 perfectly. Feels good in my hand. A little tricky getting the two part sof the case apart (Rubber outer case fits snuggly around hard plastic inner (front) cover. Works with wireless charging. Bottom and top of case lip appears to offer protection of screen. (sides are flush for edge functionality). It's heavier than expected but I'm not complaining because poetic makes excellent cases . It's not shiny like the pictures make it seem, it is a matte finish. Trying to get this thing apart was a nightmare I ended up using a metal spoon to pry the top from the bottom to install my phone and but I guess that means my phone will never fall out. I am notorious for dropping my phone ALL THE TIME so I always research the best cases. Poetic made the list again!

I wish the front edge of the case was higher to protect the glass. The ends of the case are higher than the screen but the sides appear to fall below the glass. I'm not confident that the front glass is fully protected. I've dropped my phone a couple of times since I've gotten this case and so far, so good.

Probably the best case I've ever encountered. Quality is superb, it doesnt feel like cheap plastic which feels nice when holding the phone. Got the case quickly! Seems to be well built. Was very difficult to get phone into case. Directions would have been helpful. It is a very tight fit but once it is in it is in! Would recommend this product if you want a sturdy case.

Update after 4 months: After about 4 months of use, the kickstand that slides in and out of the slotted rail came loose. The reason was that the (tiny) plastic end protrusion that keeps it in the slot broke off. I haven't used the kick stand much in the 4 months that I had the case. Did I get a bad part ?
