Use a pack every Saturday night to roast a large (16-18lb) prime rib for a restaurant. These bags are perfect. Durable too, I haven't torn any yet.

At my advanced age (60 years old!) I still have problems cooking meat. I think it's because I like Medium Rare or Well Done and all the rest. ick! These oven bags are the answer.
