I understand some folks have had issues with these lights. Mine worked like a charm from the moment they were opened, tested, and hung out in the Florida weather. That is for the first six months, then they go out completely and won't light at all. Did all the testing of each bulb and the fuse to no avail. Time to email customer service, explained what I did and asked if there was anything I missed as far as troubleshooting. The gentleman told me he was sending out a new control box right away…

I had loved these cafe RGB lights that you could have two colors on at a time, these were 1 color only all bulbs the same color. other than that they are fine.

Honestly, you’re wasting your time and money if you purchase these. I thought maybe my first set was defective because the light bulbs would randomly start flickering and eventually turn off altogether. Got a replacement (this was a nightmare, seller never responded but Revain helped out). Replacement lasted a month or two longer then did the exact same thing. LED lights should last for years. Do not buy this.

I loved these lights while they were working, had to unplug the unit, and then when plugged it back in stopped working at all. Checked the outlet, it was fine, checked the connections, fine, checked the remote fine. Tried to turn the lights on and off directly from the controller and nothing. No way to contact seller or manufacturer directly only was it through Revain. If they could have sent me perhaps a new controller unit I wouldn't have had to buy a new set

Decided to up grade the Christmas lights this year. Broke down and spent a little extra on several strings of these. Glad I did. Everyone loved them. I will just add more next year. Worth the money.

Haven’t misplaced a remote yet, but good to have spare.While not specifically stated, any unsupported span of over three or more light bulbs, I string a wire and hang the span to that to prevent strain on the bulb to bulb connections.

Love these lights have then on our screen porch, set up a timer and every night we go out after dinner enjoying them. Liked them so much I bought additional ones.

These are beautiful. Nice and bright and the length is great. Fun playing with the remote for many settings. That's my feedback!

Worth every cent. The light string is easy to install, very durable and safe to use in wet areas for example around pools or spas. The colors are vivid and the remote is easy to use. Purchased these July of 2021 to use in the backyard. They are heavy so needed to use on our pergola so that we had multiple places to hang along the string. We only use them when we are outside so not daily and already 4 bulbs have burned out and the replacement bulbs do not work. Very expensive lights to work less than a year - disappointing.

Product delivered did not work. The two remotes were not working. No customer support available to help resolve the issue. Returned product for a refund and will purchase an alternative light product.

I bought this producer for the second time to pair the two together, however they are not 100% compatible, even though they are the same, the control of one only controls one and the other is left with a time out in the light changes. I do not recommend buying separately and then tying.

I ordered the 2 pack and a single third set. Once I connected them together and got them hung, 2 sets work good with remote but the third set is stuck on red and won’t change colors with the rest of the lights. Also the bright white color mode doesn’t work on any of the lights, on all 3 strands. I can’t find where to contact the seller.

Update: 9 months after hanging the lights (and using them often) one string quit lighting up. I reached out to the seller via Revain and they sent us a new controller box, free of charge and it arrived less than a week after I contacted them. Their Revain page states they stand behind the product for 12 months, and they did. I used them on my porch. There’s no support number and they weren’t even exposed to the weather they say they can handle. Checked every bulb and the outlet. None of that is the issue so now I’m just stuck with lights that won’t turn on.

I hope the power supply doesn't fail since that appears to be a weak point on most pendant café/patio light sets. I had to replace a different set because i couldn't get a replacement power supply from that vendor. As opposed to spending good-money-after-bad, I chose to try a different vendor/model. I like these lights and they look great but I haven't been able to get the color fade to transition smoothly from color to color (it literally does like a flash from color to color) and I just can't give 5 stars for that.

I bought theses lights back in July 2021. They were perfect size for my gazebo- I love the changing colors that I adjusted seasonally. They aren’t as bright as I would like but acceptable. I use them every night for 4hrs on a timer but just stopped working. I’ve plugged them into different outlets but the same failure. The return time has expired so I guess I’ll be throwing them out. Not sure if I’ll reorder this brand

These bulbs go out ALL the time and there is no where to buy replacements at a decent price. I had to buy another strand of bulbs to change out the ones that keep burning out. Not the same bulbs so it's not a strand problem- it's different bulbs all the time. Contacted seller because my husband was done replacing bulbs so I'm hoping they will provide some help.
