Easy UI with which you can access all your servers as well as their configurations.Easy interface for end users too who want more control over server configuration etc. Lack of support from third party vendors like Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES). I like how easily we can see what devices are connected or disconnected from our network as well where they connect up too! We have been able use this software for over 3 years now with no issues at all so far - great product by RGSystem team!! The system has been easy to use for our small business. It's simple enough to understand but also offers many features we needed such as backups (backing up servers remotely), server monitoring etc. We have not encountered any problems with this product so far.
