I recently wore a rhinestone brooch to a wedding and received many compliments throughout the evening. The black ribbon paired with sparkling rhinestones was a stunning addition to my dress. My daughter wanted to wear a tie to prom and this gave her outfit the cute look we were aiming for! Attached directly to the top of her button-down shirt.
