🦶 Ridgid 12388 Heavy-Duty Caster Foot Review

Annoying that the description doesn't say it doesn't have a wheel. Conveniently, the picture doesn't show the wrong side. The questions and answers have an answer, so I'm ashamed I didn't dig deeper and just strayed from common sense and needed a wheel to walk with this thing.

No caster itself just a bracket/leg. Had to order reel/wheel separately once it arrived and there was no wheel. Description is misleading, no magician just a leg. The foot is also much larger than the originals. I have the biggest hard vacuum cleaner so I'm not even sure why it has to be so much bigger. It could also slide with only 3 wheels.

I was skeptical. In particular, ordering from a third-party manufacturer. It was useful though with free shipping but if it didn't fit properly I had to send it back paying a 20% restocking fee and the cost of returning it. Fortunately, if there was an exact match, everything worked out. Excellent purchase. Definitely recommend if it's an exact match unless you're sure I wouldn't order it.

So I bought this roller to replace the broken roller on my vacuum cleaner. When it arrived I noticed that it didn't look quite right. Not only is this reel slightly larger, but my vacuum is uneven now as the new reel has a lower profile than the one it came with. However, it will work fine once I replace the other 3. You're killing me, Hard!

The bottom is not visible in the photo, there is no wheel. They cost as much as more. It may be better to just buy another device when you need to change the filter. and all other defective parts. Quite expensive for a $0.50 piece of plastic. I understand the company needs to make money, but it would be nice to be able to buy one with a caster, or at least know it doesn't contain one.
