Stemless wine glasses make a great gift for the wine lover on your list. We have multiple wines and we really make a difference when it comes to getting the best out of every wine you serve. They are quite thin and break easily if care is not taken when washing. The stemless versions are more durable as the subject breaks fairly easily when washed or dried. They're still worth it if you want the best.

I have taller glasses and stemmed glasses but I always reach for them. I know you should use this Riesling/Sauvignon Blanc glass. I drink red wine mostly, so I'm not following the "rules" when using it for red wine. But it's the perfect size for my hand and most comfortable to hold. Some stemless models are too big for comfort. My hand is medium sized, but my husband's large male hand also fits. he prefers too.

Nice glasses. Excellent quality and good price. I laughed when I saw strength as a trait. These glasses have a hard bottom but they gently taper to a very thin beautiful rim at the top. Don't throw them in the sink with pots and pans. The packaging was terrible, they moved about in their box with only a thin piece of cardboard between them. But Riedel has to be able to pack, these two and the last order were fine. But don't shake the box hard when it is delivered.

We ordered six. Four broke within the first two weeks. They developed hairline cracks in about the same place and then opened wide. No, we didn't drop them or anything. Glad they sent more when we got the first one back, but now a few of them are broken. We're not coming back - we don't want to anymore. I really want to like them. The quality seems good, but these are very delicate glasses, very thin-walled, and no weighted base. And everything suits me.
