Excellent shelf, easy to assemble

Very good wine shelf. My old one sagged and didn't hold the bottles in place well. Easy to assemble. The front notches are smaller and hold bottlenecks in place.

Value for money, this product is excellent! It's easy to assemble. Made from cheap wood. But easy for those who only have a few bottles to put on the shelf! I am happy with the purchase!

Very good for the price

Nice and takes up little space. It's not super strong. You should pay attention to the assembly instructions. They are mislabeled. But overall a very good product for the money.

Works very well for free standing wine racks and cabinets

Easy to assemble and fairly durable. The only issue I had was that many wine bottles slide forward causing the bottom of the bottle to fall down a row. Wasn't a big problem, just something to look at. I'm thinking of adding some rubber to the cutouts to solve this problem.

Easy assembly - works well but not for all wine bottles

Supplied unassembled. When assembling, pieces of wood are twisted. A simple process and the holes were well pre-drilled. Ideal for standard wine bottles. Not suitable for bottles with a thick bottom and a long neck. The bottom doesn't sit in a curved neckline. The long neck allows the bottle to slide forward until the bottom falls off the shelf.

Robust, well thought-out design, high-quality workmanship. NOT for moving surfaces.

4 stars for easy assembly as it took quite a long time to complete. I bought this rack for my daughter to use on a very strong wire rack. I'm afraid if she moves the grate, the bottles in the wine rack will fall on top of each other. This stand works very well on a solid, firm surface, but I wouldn't recommend it unless it's stable. The bottles will slide out (onto the bottom of the bottle) with the risk of breaking.

Terrible Construction: Free Standing Wine Racks & Racks

Reviews on this are accurate as to construction. If it were just screw heads it would be a piece of cake. What about an Allen key? Terrible. The supplied Allen wrench was awful and slipped VERY hard in the middle of a turn. Luckily I have a better set of allen keys at home and was able to finish it off. The tree itself is ok, you get what you pay for but the design is definitely flawed as the notch is the same size on both sides. I need to make some non-slip pads on the notches.

It requires assembly and the instructions are very poor

I didn't notice anywhere in the description that I had to assemble. It comes with 16 pieces of wood, 25 screws and an Allen key. The assembly instructions were just 4 blurry photos and a couple of incomplete sentences written by someone who obviously wasn't fluent in English. I'm very skilled and after about 30 minutes I saw that the screw holes weren't aligned and didn't make sense. Because of the low cost, it wasn't worth the time and effort for me to repackage and ship them back to Revain or
