    Great quality - a nit

    Love it. When he showed up, I thought I had two rights. Look at the photo, in fact they do not distinguish between the two species. As you can see in the photo, I made a mistake by plugging in the correct one and blocking the other USB port. Turns out the top one, although it looks the same, is the one on the left! My mistake, but visually sneaky!

    Great cable! - Computers and accessories

    I was building a hackintosh and was about to remap my USB sticks when I discovered that I have a part with USB 3.0 ports, but only with a USB 2.0 port. I hopped onto Revain and found this. They were the perfect length and price. When I received them I immediately replaced the old chord and was happy with the purchase. This is a great product.

    Doesn't transmit signal to all devices

    Suitable for connecting a C3US cable to my Galaxy S20+, but not suitable for connecting a Sony XQD memory card reader with the cable that came with it. Unfortunately the return window is closed. For an XQD reader, it carries power but no data signal. My Mediabridge extension cable works with both. If you buy them, check them carefully when you receive them!

    This short USB extension allows you to use older chargers.

    I have a lot of old 2A chargers and I don't want to throw them away in favor of a 5 port charger. I have an extension cord at my computer desk that I plug into 3 short AC extension cords. I connect a charger to each extension cord. I connect a USB 3.0 extender to each charger and connect the appropriate device cable. This allows me to charge each device individually with full power.

    It is not possible for the spring strip to fully engage.

    USB socket NOT suitable. This does not allow full use of any USB connector. This means that the contact area is probably too small for long-term reliability and that anything connected to this socket is not as reliable as it should be. Other extension cords I've purchased in the past have a desired hook depth that this cord does not have.

    Good short cord - cord and connections

    I bought this for our cars because of the headache of connecting a new phone cord to control the driver's side connector. Once installed, all I have to do is unplug the USB-C cable and plug my wife's Rapid Fire cable into it, rather than squeezing my hand in a tight spot where you can't see what you're doing. Correction for some lousy technical decisions made by automakers. It is important to ensure that you are ordering male-female cables.

    Great for using large USB devices that need to be plugged into tight spaces

    Port expanders or desktop backends expect a narrow profile from any USB device, so the expander (or the USB section of the motherboard) is small. I'm finding that more and more devices without a built in cable aren't great for those hard to reach places and this is the answer. Despite being USB 3 I haven't tested how fast it transfers data but I believe it will meet the 3.0 specification but maybe not at the highest speeds. I will buy more as they are so useful.

    Nod to SHORT sweet and simple

    Short sweet and simple is what it is and it does what it does Subaru took another automaker's side and " better implemented idea." Unfortunately, like this other company, not all "best ideas" are real. Specifically, someone who designed the 2017 Forester mistakenly thought it would be a good idea to add a USB port for the radio to the bottom of the console which measures 6" (width) x 6" (length) x 10"( Depth) in between. Trying to insert a flash drive is tedious. Especially since your hand…

    Very useful

    Constant problem with the USB ports on the front of the vertical computer. Connect these two short USB extension cables (using a flashlight) and voila, USB devices can now be easily plugged in and unplugged from cables. When not in use they just hang down - in my case they don't reach the floor. Not cheap but appears to be of good quality and has proven useful. One foot USB extension to USB 3
