got the bell installed and it fell apart when I was riding. At the time I didn't notice and by the time I got home had no idea where the parts fell off. So frustrating.

My 10 year old wanted this for his bike. When we took it out of the package, it was loose and wobbly. By the time he went to set it on the table, the top fell off and all the guts landed on the floor. He was bummed. We picked up all the parts and rebuilt it and spun the top on tight. We installed it on his bike and it worked OK, within a few minutes the little lever to ring the bell had spun to the other side. My two year old takes it apart pretty easy, but I figured out how to put it back together. I wish it had some safety lock feature so my kid doesn't unscrew it so easily. It also has small parts inside, a serious choking hazard for little ones.

My 3 year-old loves his little bell. We were concerned he'd have difficulty operating it, but it works great and he loves it.

Screws used to secure the bell onto the handle bars stripped out just loosening them up to mount it on the handle bars. Could be a manufacturers flaw or Just bad luck, a disappointment nonetheless

we traveled with the bike on a bike rack with the bell attached any by the time we reached the destination the top half of the bell was gone. my 7yo son was so disappointed that he spent his money on this

Very cute! Nice sound and fits my folding bike well. Easy to install. Better than shouting "on your left!" and loud enough to be heard from a good distance.

Great for my sons bike, but broke in day one of having it! Top part popped off and I Can’t put it back on unless I use hot glue. That’s not a sturdy solution, but my only solution

Really disappointed in these Huffy bike bells. I bought 2, 1 for each of my granddaughters and they fell apart didn't last a month! I bought name brand, thinking they would. Very disappointed, as are my granddaughters! 😕

You get what you have paid for. It is using for my daughters bike.The tab is little hard to push but once you have adjusted with that it will be good.Easy to install.After some days it broke too easily and again we need to set up the bell.Some time it jams and doesn't ring.totally it will be good for short time.

It was great at first but it doesn't work anymore after about a month. No crashes or anything just stopped ringing. That's my feedback.

Loved the bell, it sounds loud and clear, and it came well protected in it's package. Sadly it does not fit the handlebar of my mountain bike. it had a very small space for attaching to handlebars. I'm holding out hope that it will fit my handlebar extender.if not I'll update with whatever method I manage to attach it with.Update: was able to attach it using zip ties. It sits steadily enough and isn't super noticeable (after trimming) unless you look very closely.

I am unsure why these reviews keep asking me about the "thickness" of like every product - what does that even mean about a bike bell?For real though, it matches my incredibly adorable pink cruiser pink I recently purchased and 9/10 probably won't ever really ride. That aside, it could be a tad bit smaller; I feel like it is HUGE. But it makes a cute annoying bell ding and matches my bike perfectly.

It mounted easily to my handlebars. It's loud enough on the trail that people can hear it with plenty of time to move over. The outer housing comes loose after a few rides from vibration, I just spin it back on with my thumb.

This has been on my daughters bike one day and is already broken. The bottom spins in circles so when you press it, the finger part also spins.

It's a simple bike bell and it works OK but I wouldn't recommend for a kids bike. The tab you push is a bit stiff and doesn't always ring on the first try - you might have to push it a couple times to make the bell ring. It was worth about $5 - it even has a sticker on the package that says "Big Lots $5"
