I will say this though if you plan to use this make sure you don't have a slippery case as I put my magnet on the inside of the case not the outside and that is important. Fantastic holder! With a long, thin (but strong) arm and a ball-and-socket base that moves the entire holder away from the vent, this mount provides almost continuous airflow out of my vents. Magnets in a large, sturdy head hold even the largest phones securely. With both a base and ball joint, I can position my phone almost anywhere and still have full access to the back of the phone (where the fingerprint sensor is located). Ah, that's the guardian!

I like the holder so far. I have a 2010 Honda Civic and I always have trouble finding the right bracket. The IMO windshield distracts and blocks the view. What I would change is the wing lock. Bad side: Small metal plate is useless when you have thick phone case like Otter Box. The phone barely hangs on the bracket. This might work better if you have a thinner phone case. I would rate the large metal plate as acceptable, but still fragile even for thinner cell phone cases. The vent clip is a joke, poor design. I wish they would put more effort into testing the vent clip - it's bulky, makes the vent unusable, needs to be tightened to keep the mount from slipping out, just poor design.
