Great feel on all shots

Compared to a regular heavy 100lb bag, this bag feels better when I swing! Also perfect for uppercuts and close range hooks. I love that I can ride under it!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Nothing

Ball bag on ring: punching bags

I like to hit this ball, it's quite hard, hard hits land on it, excellent training with it is recommended if you are tired of the usual heavy bag

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • I have no bad feelings about it, it's ok

Solid and large: boxes

I have been using a Muay Thai bag for many years. I initially only got it for uppercuts. It's fun fun. Very happy with the experience of hitting this sack. The roundness gives a really nice experience. Hooks you'll love about this bag. Anyway, buy this bag, it kicks ass.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Best all round bag

If I had to pick one bag it would be this. It's just enough weight to be used as a heavy bag, but light enough that you can get a lot out of it for you to dodge and dodge. If you're ceiling mounting, just make sure you're using a quality mount designed for this type of bag, as attaching heavy uppercuts will put a lot of strain on your mounting surface.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Everything great

Best Heavy Case: Sport

My favorite heavy case so far. A heavy 2nd ringside body snatcher I bought over 10 years ago. I used the Aqua bag for a while before realizing the Body Snatcher was in a league of its own and repurchased a second time. Perfect for handbag. I have no problem using all kinds of combos with Effersise for uppercut power work. Be sure to buy the Ringside bell for the best workout.

Pros
  • Easy to read panel
Cons
  • None

Suitable for boxing and other sports

Good bag, no problems with it so far. However, I overestimated its size, but putting it back in place was a big problem! The chain is quite long so make sure you hang it from something fairly large. Protective packaging in the box but the bag arrived in perfect condition with no damage. If I needed a new bag, I would buy it again.

Pros
  • Nice packaging

Welding defects on the ring.

Installed today. I started my first workout and was sending a bag across the room when I did my first uppercut and the ring that attaches the main chain to the four smaller chains broke. As much as I'd like to believe I'm that strong, I'm pretty sure the ring had a defective weld. I was able to replace it with a spare carabiner. Otherwise so far so good.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Functionality

Is this the same Ringside Body Snatcher Bag as before?

I wonder if the design and quality of this bag has changed in recent years? The old Ringside Body Snatcher Bag appears to have had a little more shape and durability - not unlike the current Title Body Snatcher Bag. The newer one (pictured above and with the white Ringside logo) looks slightly amorphous. I ordered it because it was cheaper than usual with Prime shipping ($116) but I was disappointed with the lack of shape of the bag. The material inside the bag doesn't seem to fill out the…

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • High price
