Not the best option for boxing

The size is small and does not cover the kidneys and hips at all. Sent it back and bought a better one. You get what you pay for, spend a little more and buy better.

Pros
  • Sports and outdoor activities
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Good protection best for other sports

I bought this for my husband so I can practice my Krav Maga techniques on it. I was able to kick, punch and groin him without hurting him which is why I give him 5 stars!

WORKS VERY SMALL! - Other Sports

I'm 5'7" and 155 pounds and that's really small. I wear a medium size in everything I wear and I even wear a 30 in pants and the medium size is very tight for me. i need a big one So if you wear a large size, XL or even XXL will suit you.

Pros
  • Sports Games
Cons
  • Fragile

Works great, note the cup size is a bit small.

You can order one size larger. In fact, if you're a little wealthier, I'd say go two sizes up. It works great, there's movement and protection, but it's a snug fit and can pinch a little if you block low. If you get hit here often enough to not get enough, grab a new training buddy, as this should be aimed at your head and body, not your crotch.

Pros
  • Martial arts
Cons
  • So-so
