For use with cardio equipment

I walk 5-4 miles 5 times a week. I wanted to increase the number of calories burned. I started with a few sandbags but had to put them down every time I needed to touch my iwatches or drink water. I've been looking for a month but all I found was 1lb, 2lb. glove type. Which would have been helpful but I needed 3lbs (for each arm). Use the movements of the arms and waist while walking. I agree with the other reviews above. They seem strong enough, but they are loose. Worse than losing, they are not gloves and have no right to be called gloves. These are hand straps and attach with 3 thin strips of velcro and cannot be tightened at all. The weight is good, heavier than most weighted "gloves" at 3 pounds per 1, but they're loose, bulky, and flimsy. They're also not that easy to put on on your own, but they might fit a little better if your boyfriend puts them on for you. Now I…

Product is ok but worth looking at other options

If I run regularly I like the extra weight including running gloves. It's hard to find anything heavier than 1 pound per glove. And it was the first set to use a glove weighing over 2 pounds. The problem lies in the load distribution and packaging. If you wear them correctly, a large sand tube runs through your palm, so you can forget about everything (e.g. phone, water bottle) while running; and have to take them off to play around with keys etc. Experiment with rotating them so that the sand…
