Seam Fix Seam Ripper & Thread Remover #653563 - Cut Loose Press - 1/pkg - Teal Review

Not only is this ripper sharp and easy to hold, the cap really gets rid of the little threads that get left behind. I wish the cap would fit the other end of the ripper so I don't keep dropping it and looking for it, but maybe not for security reasons?

The elastic at the bottom of the seam ripper itself and on the cap "carries" the thread so you can share it in a quilting class. Works perfectly. I also like the size and the feel in the hand - it's very easy to work with. Five stars are only missing because the cap cannot be placed on the seam ripper when open.

This seam ripper works just as well as my others. However, this size is much more comfortable to use than my other with a very thin handle and I had no idea until I saw the instructions on the box that the cap can be used as an eraser to quickly and effectively remove loose thread ends. after they have been cut. I like it.

The seam ripper is very sharp and the thread remover well I don't know how I managed without it. Now I can see if I have a thread that still needs to be removed since I can remove what has already been unzipped. Cap at the end of the seam ripper. This one doesn't fit and I have to put it on the table and watch it roll. I've learned not to miss it. lol Still a very good buy.

This is a great addition to my sewing arsenal - a seam ripper and thread gripper in one! I have quite a few seam openers, but the beauty of this one is that the tip is much smaller than others, making it a lot easier for me to get it into seams. The thread selector is very handy after unpicking, especially for the quilt stitches I make, very small stitches (when basting paper). I also use it to capture little scraps of paper that are left over after removing the paper backing from my quilts.
