If you want those lights to go out for days when you're in a hurry to get new batteries, this is for you. I brought them back and upgraded them to a wired under and over counter lighting kit.

Drains battery very quickly. Like in a day. Accidentally leave it on overnight and you're done. Time to charge it up with 6 more AAA batteries. I really needed something that would work without a lot of wiring on my kitchen sink, but unfortunately it doesn't.

These lights looked very bright with new batteries. I left them on for about 10 minutes and they dimmed badly and started flickering. This flicker is worse than older CFLs and difficult to see. If this flashlight drains batteries that quickly, it's useless.

I bought this to cover my bathroom mirror and I love it. I recently found out that there are 2 battery slots, so I've been running this with just 3/6 batteries for a few weeks. It was a little dimmer than I thought it would be, but it's nice and bright with all the batteries in it (I use rechargeable ones). However, the brightness is sufficient for a shelf display with half the power. :D

I bought this light to hang in our baby closet which had no light. I used the included velcro and it fell off the ceiling after a week. After that I screwed two screws into the ceiling and haven't had any problems since, I just prefer to hang things that don't leave holes in my walls and ceiling. I recently placed a 4 shelf audio system in an empty cabinet in my home office. I mounted this Rite Lite track light under the top shelf of my closet using the screws provided. Very easy to install and lots of light. It only turns on once a day for 1-5 minutes. I haven't had to change batteries yet. Even discharging the battery over a longer period of time with the Tracklight switched off does not seem to be a problem. I haven't been in town for 5 days, the route is still on, the battery charge

UPDATE: The second track light has failed in the same manner as shown below. look elsewhere I bought 2 LED track lights for my closet to provide light without powering the closet. Both consoles controlled both lights. Great light, easy to install. controllable light to where I wanted. Ideal! The headlights worked great for a little over a year until a bulb failed. The light turns on without a command and not remotely or manually. There's nothing quite like waking up to the light in your closet.

I don't think you should expect much for $11. They look nice but unfortunately don't give off much light. I bought 3 for a small corner and they are very unassuming. They were decent initially but after about 3 weeks they started to fade. All of them. Each had new batteries. The application was once a day for one hour. Now I'm looking for something else.
