After trying this product, I was disappointed with the misleading claims on the package. The chocolate flavor was awful and didn't mix well even with a blender bottle. It caused stomach cramps and bloating, leaving me feeling worse than before. It was a waste of money and definitely not worth the negative impact on my health and household budget.

I have used other brands (from stock) at GNC, Walgreens etc, the choice is yours and they all upset my stomach. I just bought my second 5lb container and with my meal plan and excise the results have been amazing. Reduce body fat by 10% in 8 weeks. It's delicious, easy to mix, no mixer required. A.
