Excellent diet and sports protein

I have been using this protein for many years. I've tried others but keep coming back to this one. I take 1 to 1.5 scoops with 8 ounces of water after a workout. Sometimes I take it an hour before meals when I'm hungry. What I like best: Really good taste (milk chocolate), easy to mix with water using a shaker with a mixing ball, low carb, both fast and slow protein, very easy to digest (and I have a sensitive stomach), it's " pure” without creatine and other more potent ingredients, making it suitable for long-term daily use. It's also very cheap.
