Fantastic Upgrade for Computer Systems

Based on my observations, this expansion profile non-raid is great for those who want to improve their computer's performance. It is easy to install and works seamlessly with most systems. The expansion profile is also perfect for users who want to add extra storage without the need for RAID capabilities. The only downside is that the cost may be relatively high compared to other similar components. Overall, it is a must-have for any computer enthusiast looking to increase their system's…

Pros
  • Easy installation and use
Cons
  • Limits storage capacity and functionality by not supporting RAID configurations

Plug-N-Play replacement for 2-port device

So far so good, has been direct disconnect, uninstall, install and reconnect a similar but different brand device with 2 ports unit. The drives are all displayed correctly, the speed is the same/better than before with the other card.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Mostly fine, but...

USD8X is too expensive

As a USD83 SATA card, the price is too high. Then, as expected, it's best of all, unfortunately not, the pin-up heatsink is very imperfectly adjusted with at least 20 degrees of offset. It works well, no wonder this chip is overpriced at such a high selling price. Yes, I need it urgently, then buy it.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No performance
