I bought this remote control (left photo) to replace the original remote control (right photo) because the old one had some problems (e.g. broken battery cover, faded buttons, etc. ). ). I'm giving this product a 2 because one of the remotes is broken. I have ordered 2. A remote control still works perfectly. But the other came broken or abandoned. I tried putting batteries in and the little coil or spring (don't know what it's called) holding the battery snapped off immediately and got stuck in the remote and it won't come out. I haven't even had a chance to use it to see if it works. The other remote control is perfect, but this one could have been bad. Very disappointed.
