I bought this remote control as a spare because I accidentally hid my old one in a glass of water for a few hours (don't ask) and it exactly duplicates the buttons on my old one. It's the same size and weight as my old one, but the plastic surface is a little less smooth, which is better because I'm less likely to drop it. Just insert the batteries, press the "on" button and take it from there. Seamless!

We lost the remote for our Roku TV and needed a replacement. It looks the same as our original, but it's so hard to use. You have to hold it at a certain angle for one of the buttons to register on the TV. We get annoyed every time someone sits down to watch TV. I'm giving it two stars simply because it works, so I think it's better than no remote at all!

I checked on YouTube what could be wrong with my remote after checking and changing the batteries. I was sure it was the batteries so I couldn't get it to work and ordered another one. It took me so long to get another one that I figured there was a solution on Youtube. Of course they did so I don't know how to write this as I've never used it. My old one got banned and I went through the process with YouTube and Viola.
